Praying that Ernie Willis, since he refused to accept or the plea bargain by Prosecutor Wayne Coull that would have allowed Ernie Willis to serve only 10 years in prison that Willis will now be found guilty and sentenced to the maximum penalty of about 20 years for both counts of Aggravated Forcible Rape. Ernie Willis refused the plea bargain and stated that you, Tina are pressing charges to get money out of the church. Seems that Willis and Phelps are speaking from the same script. Your friends, and supporters know that the Police contacted you. We know the pain, the shunning, the loss of your life, your job and many other things coming forward and speaking out has cost you. This is a criminal case, not a civil case. Ernie Willis committed a heinous crime against you. Twice. Chuck Phelps then decided that a 15 year old girl was not as important as your rapist. Chuck Phelps made you stand before your church and apologize for being pregnant. Ernie Willis had to apologize for adultry. Chuck Phelps withheld information from his congregation. Phelps made the decision not to tell his congregation that the father of the baby you were carrying was Ernie Willis’ baby. A product of a brutal rape. For years you were forbidden to speak of it. You were blamed. You were told, and made to believe it was your fault. Other IFB pastor and Sharper Iron Blog owner, Aaron Blumer, writes things such as this:
“We don’t separate from brothers because of their beliefs about things that Scripture does not reveal. The Bible does not reveal an age at which absolutely no one is capable of consent to sexual relationship. It doesn’t even reveal information from which we can infer such an age. We could make some kind of wisdom case if some pastor was claiming that 3 yr olds can consent. But it’s not all obvious that a 3 yr old and a 15 year old are in the same category. Either way, we have no biblical case for what is, in reality, a consensus among social scientists.”  Mr. Blumer and many of the other people who have posted on Sharper Iron have postulated that a 15 year old can have consensual sex with a 38 year old man.  The law in New Hampshire disagree’s.  Mr. Blumer and others seem to forget this is not only about what “social scientists” say,  Both Willis and Chuck Phelps broke the law.  Both committed crimes.  Willis the crime of rape. Phelps according to New Hampshire law is a mandated reporter. Phelps first stated he had only called the Concord Police, but in more recent statements Phelps claims he filed “numerous reports” to both the Concord Police and Protective Services.  Filing “numerous reports” is a world of difference than just making a phone call.  Police reports are matters of public record.  Chuck Phelps has not produced these.  Just his own, personal, “copious notes.”  According to the  Concord Police, the investigation into your rape was hampered because the police could not locate you.  Who should we believe Phelps who has changed his account, or sworn Police? Was the reason the Concord Police couldn’t locate you because you were moved out of their jurisdiction?  Hundreds of miles away to Colorado?

Praying that you will be vindicated as Ernie Willis is exposed as your rapist.  He is the father of your child.  Praying all will be revealed  in open court. Praying that Willis will be found guilty on both counts of aggravated forcible rape.  Praying he will be sentenced to the maximum sentence.  Praying that when Willis’s trial is over, everything will disclosed, you will be vindicated down the the smallest  detail of what Willis did, who was involved, and who assisted him, etc.  Praying these things so that your vindication will be a part public record.
